EPEC 2007 - Annual Exhibition & Conference, focussed exclusively on Executive Property and Associated Services

Firstly, many thanks to all those companies which have confirmed their participation at EPEC 2007, the Annual Exhibition & Conference, focussed exclusively on Executive Property and Associated Services, to be held at ExCeL, London on 19 - 20 May 2007, in association with The Times
We are in the quite fortunate position now of exhibition stand sales taking care of themselves (we only have 12 remaining ) so this newsletter is to invite you to visit the event, to meet with the 100 + UK & International exhibitors, to network amongst industry colleagues, and to attend the uniquely free of charge 24 speaker conference programme. Executive property leaders lend their experiences and opinions on the present and immediate future of their particular sector of the industry. And to re-iterate, you can attend any or all of the 24 presentations, completely free of charge (please register http://www.epec2007.com/registration.htm)
The response to date has absolutely exceeded our expectations, both in terms of visitor and exhibitor numbers alike. Companies from literally all over the world, have agreed to exhibit at EPEC 2007. Canada, USA, The Bahamas, Thailand, Australia, China, Malaysia, Dubai, South Africa, Slovakia, Morocco, Turkey, Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Portugal, Spain, France, The Netherlands, Ireland and of course, The UK, are all represented at what promises to be a great event for all concerned
In summary, for the past 12 months, we have researched the need for, and viability of, an international Executive Property event held in the U.K. The industry's undoubted response was, and continues to be, overwhelming. We believe this response is partly because of the support from all the relevant trade associations, partly because of the venue and the appeal of London, but equally important, the quantity and quality of visitors we are inviting
The 100+ Exhibitors are drawn from
a.. UK & International Estate Agents which offer residential properties to sell or let in excess of 500,000 / $1,000,000
b.. UK & International Property Developers
c.. Companies selling the very latest in top-of-the-range home furnishings
d.. Companies providing associated services to the Executive Property market
e.. Individuals looking to sell or let their property
f.. Land Brokers & Land Bankers
g.. Financial Institutions
h.. Architects, Surveyors, Project Management Companies, Law Firms
i.. Trade Associations & Federations, Trade Magazines
The 5000+ visitors to the event are
a.. Individuals seeking to buy or rent UK or International Executive properties
b.. Individuals looking to acquire land
c.. Individuals wanting to buy the very latest in home furnishings
d.. Companies looking to acquire properties for their own use
e.. Individuals needing design, management and legal services
As the promotion of EPEC 2007 is already under way, with advertising in local and National press, TV and radio coverage, as expected the exhibition hall is nearly full. For more information about attending the uniquely free of charge 24 speaker conference, or to reserve space at the exhibition, please contact us.
